For the Avani Symposium 2025 Refuge City publication, the cover draws from my own reading of the theme, seeing dwellings as places of refuge that can also point toward better futures. The layered, rising forms build a dense cityscape that feels in motion, echoing how small shelters can grow into larger possibilities.
